I've got news!!

I bought one H89 head to complete the A15 engine, now i have to work the head, porting and polishing...

i'm waiting for the Camshaft that i bought to Peter Zekert.

That's great. The H89 head is rare in USA (except if you buy from a racer , it has the closed (squish) design that is best for maximum power without detonation.

To gain 1.0 point compression, Nissan fitted the A12 with flattop pistons + a thinner head gasket.

I doubt if you could mill the head enough and if you could you would need to use shorter push rods. New pistons is the better way to go and will have a better combustion compared to shaved head + dished pistons.

ddgonzal my budget don't let me do all the stuff...i have to make choises.
Flattop pistons and a thinner head gasket would be great but it's not easy to find them in Portugal or Europe. Outside Europe parts are very expensive :(

More compression it would be great too, but i'm considering on turbocharging my A15 with a Diesel turbo and intercooler, soo i wont't make any changes to compression ratio
