i already have everything i want for my car that is gx/gl specific anyways.
if i do need anything else ill get it sent from japan for far less than your extortinate prices. i see your after a gx bonnet, there is one on ebay at the moment for 1500 dollars. hang on..... its your bonnet on ebay

levey, good chance to make a quick 5 large id say. not the whole 'i need one to finish a project' that was put in the ebay wtb ad. good on him i say, but its sucks that from now on that will be the benchmark price for such an item.

I'll cling to my GX stuff for life. Especially seeing as they're NOS.

I don't think these prices can be considered at all as I simply cannot see how anyone of the members can even afford them now. Sad story really.

Don't consider it as a bench-mark, consider the GX Exhaust manifolds as extinct. Everybody will sell out now. I remember when Mike sold his one (or two) last year and that was for a fortune, I couldn't even contend with the figures he was offered. And I thought those figures were high but look at the prices above! Mind-blowing.

Good luck to the racers.

The GX manifolds will come round again, at some point the A series engines in speedway cars will be replaced by something else and then all this stuff will be on the market. This is always cyclical, I've seen it on various cars and bikes...............look at muscle cars, people ponied up huge dollars for them then they tumbled like stock prices.................cast iron GX manifolds don't wear out...........of course it could be 10 years before they are cheap again.

nah will be less than 10years before they are replaces. i see suzuki ga13 being a likely replacement- heaps of them around and cheap. will put out more power than an a series too.

just need rwd conversion,at think of this, if the speedway guys do that- it will be easier for the rest of the world later on.

Buy up all the available stuff, corner the market, then charge unrealistic prices when people come to you as the only source of available components.

It's a simple plan that profit driven parasites have followed since the invention of greed.
