I am not very good at this interchange info. Would a 63A#2 dogleg out of a 77 B210 w/A14 fit into a 79 210 w/A14?

Yes, all A-series transmissions. It's a lot heavier then the B310 5-speed though.

I fitted a 63 box to my 1200 coupe. The transmission tunnel needs to be gently "massaged" to get it to fit in and a small hole made for the reverse light sender

yes it will fit in the 79 210 the trans tunnel is large enough. the hard line for the clutch slave cylinder will need to be changed or modified, do to it being on the opposite side of the transmission. use the hard line out of the b210

Yes, B210 and B310 have the same size larger tunnels than B110. So no worries.

Being as 210 is the USA version of B310, they all have hydraulic clutch.

You're probably going to need a longer speedo cable, as the 63a tranny has it on the left side & the 60a on the right.... sorry forget this, as the car is left hand drive, the speedo will probably too long, but you could just re-route through the engine bay to take up the excess. Here in Australia I'd say you'd need the speedo cable from a Japanese assembled Stanza, which was sold in America as the 510. Its model number is the (P)A10. You'd also need the correct clutch plate from the B210 as the input splines are different & probably the B210 tailshaft as the output spline is different. I've got the same transmission in a 210/Sunny, but it's the L series box behind an L18. the gearbox crossmember from an auto 210 is an alternative if the B210 crossmember isn't right.
