Yeah, I hope it doesn't start with a bang and sizzle out toward the end...... It won't get listed publicly till tomorrow, still a window for offers. I sent a couple of emails to interested parties and no responses. I don't think they had the cash, hence why I'm offering the option for staggered payments.

Auction is public now. Remember for the club members that I am familiar with, I'm happy to do a payment plan to suit. Maybe a lump sum at the start and a series of payments to follow. I'm easy with any sort of arrangement. I understand that most of us Datsun folk are on fairly strict budgets, so I'll offer some flexibility with the payment. Send me an email if you're wanting to know more. Ebay Link

hey mate, just wondering if anything would need to be upgraded on a stock A12 3spd auto, as far as brakes, diff, gear box etc for the extra power (within your past experiences) would look at putting it on a b310 sunny, are you thinking this may be a problem due to the engine bay itself (the size etc) if i was the buy this i have the full amount of cash waiting, so just let me know. thanks bud luke.

On the stock A12 you'd have to lock the centrifugal weights on the distributor. Or even better get the distributor re-graphed by a professional to suit turbo application, the stock dizzie will run ok but it'd really need to have the advance locked or a re-graph.
B310 with the A12 would most probably have a H145 diff. You can purchase a H150 diff centre from a 120y [not the borg-warner Aussie diff centre]and have this installed in place of the H145 using a 2mm spacer. I'm getting some spacers made up sooner or later because I am also upgrading to a H150 (which will take a little more punishment).
I would suggest a 4spd manual instead of the Auto. But if you run the auto/h145 I can't guarantee how things would withstand the boost.
I reckon it would certainly fit the engine bay of the Sunny, the only thing I cannot confirm is whether the inter cooler would fit into the cavity behind the grill and in front of the radiator. It's coming in from overseas so I may be able to confirm it's dimensions tomorrow.

haha jesus christ, that was helpful! I'm thinking it wouldn't cost too much to get all this done with a bit of know how. got a bit of connections with datsuns to some extent so will have to consider what i can do and how much it will cost, i have no plans for a c18 or anything so this would be a nice little permanent mod (Y) will see how things pan out, thanks for your help mate. Luke

Yeah but the 'Contents Breakdown' are what is included in the sale.
If they misinterpret the advert in any way or another, I shall simply sell it to the next highest bidder and not waste my time.
Thanks for that Gav, I am however, expecting the typical after-purchase eBay whinge with this setup, for example there are no nuts and bolts included, 'no instructions', no fittings for Turbo cooling/coolant etc etc. I am just hoping that the top bidder has some technical background.
What is listed is what is for sale, hence the advert.
You can never sell a complete setup, if you do you sell the engine with it. If you sell the engine with it, you reduce your market because of the extra freight costs (some people can afford the setup but can't afford freight).
Hopefully it goes to someone who knows about it all.
