as stated im looking at gettin some power balance bands from usa and want to know if someone in usa can help a bro out and send them to aus as they dont like sending them here as per normal

Mik, they are big rubber bands that corolla's are usually powered with.

Yeah they are the ones that run off the treadmill, you might need new hampsters to power the treadmill as new bands and old hampsters are a problem waiting to happen.

Well there are several different things called power balance bands.
