poor bastard, could have been a lot worse, at least you didn't crash into anything, everyone was okay, and it is repairable.
love the paint job too, very professional, same people put the wheels on? :P

Pulled it apart this morning, and found that all the studs that the previous owner had replaced broke about a half an inch off the hub.
Theres another stud that's already broken off one of the back when I got the car, so I have a feeling this has happened before.

No people, this is NOT my fault. The studs are broken off in the lugs. No quite sure how, but I'm taking the car over to the shop that replaced the studs tomorrow.

And as far as the paint, its primer.

Good luck with getting it all fixed again. I'm not sure if you can find any good in the situation but at least your weren't forced to swerve into incoming traffic.

from wat you said ...We picked up the lugs, jacked up the car and put the tire right back on. It seemed pretty solid, so we drove it home...... that means you didnt have broken studs

next time tighten them up

I donno Jordan its hard to tell but you can see more detail in the vid, they look pretty short,especially if he was running spacers. He said they snapped about a half inch from the hub which looks about right and the remaining thread is still in the lugs.
Were you running spacers Metalmonkey?
Were they the correct Lugs for the thread?
Maybe they seemed to be tight but just cross-threaded instead?

I dunno, I just think this crash scene needs a little more investigating before you start ripping on him while hes down :/
