so i began to give the wife's 04 n16 pulsar a service for the first time (since we've been married)
and as i pulled a front wheel off to check the brakes i noticed something! 4 stud 114.3 pcd so for anyone who cares.. they also have 280mm vented discs up front, large single piston caliper 16x6 inch factory alloy wheels 114.3 (fwd offset of course) and the same pitch thread on the wheel studs as our beloved dattos im not sure if this info in general knowledge but i thought id put it out there as it may help someone with their project it could be a readily available front brake upgrade or if nothing else at least we all will have a good source of wheel studs well into the future ![]() ![]()

I have mentioned the discs and calipers as a upgrade a couple of times here.
![]() Haven't done it but seems easy enough. There is another guy that I know in my town that did a brake upgrade to his bakkie using this car's discs and Ford Focus calipers. I don't know why Ford calipers but that is what was done. That thing stops like crazy EVERY time. He raced gocarts in his younger days and knows how to let brakes suffer. These things didn't even turn blue or anything after 3 runs starting at 0km/h going to 200km/h and back again to 0km/h. The runs were directly after each other and braking was done hard. Only problem is that you won't be able to run anything smaller that 14" rims.

Forgot to mention. My family car is the same car. Only the sedan version. These cars are very economical and cheap to maintain.
