When I press the clutch in I get a screeching raspy noise from the gearbox! I don't know gearboxes too well but is that the thrust bearing (??) I can hear?

Went for a blocky or two. Nasty stuff, way out of tune.

Danny I need those arms aye, these ones are different lengths and it's getting all messy. I also need some tiny little screws that hold the bracket on. Don;t like my chances on finding any that aren't OEM.

So how long have I got till this bearing dies?

Just drop your box.....LOL

Oh Dan, By arms I meant the throttle linkage that goes from throttle shaft to carby.

Bled the brakes for hours, I can get pressure after a fair few pumps and the pressure holds but there seems to be an air-pocket somewhere. Annoying.
