I also thought the H75 was a higher volume combustion chamber head but it isn't.

To get the best combustive performance out of this head (in my opinion) you'd need to machine the head until the dish in the head is no longer existing, what is left over is the wedge combustion chamber itself.

I'll cc the head again and try and get some more pictures.

I remember a suck through turbo setup years ago with the H75
it made alot of torque with flat top isuzu pistons.
The Morris Boys would be all over this if they new about it.
