Anyone have an idea what a new in box Nissan Comp bare cylinder head is worth?
According to the comp catalog 29cc combustion chamber and an improved (larger) intake port design. Requires either a GX or Mikuni intake manifold.

They are no longer available and fairly difficult to buy. The value would probably be in the novelty of the item.

It should'nt really be considered as being worth as much as a race ported head.

Peter Zekert is selling his GX heads for USD$500 each with springs, valves, retainers and professional porting and flow data to accompany that.

Here is the link:

Race GX Heads

If you want something rare then look for the AY12 head, I haven't seen anyone else with one, apart from someone in the UK and a couple in Japan.

GX items (AUS) in most scenarios end up being regurgitated at an over-priced sale to some poor mug in the speedway, minisprint circuit, who is willing to pay for the advantage (as they adhere to regulations limited around factory issued components).

To get what it's worth the only way to tell is to put it on an open auction on eBay or similar.
