Im chasing the following to fix up the odds and ends on the car ...

1) Ait Filter Housing (Top, Bottom and long bolt) for an A12
2) Heater to suit Datsun 1000 (67 B10 2 door sedan)
3) Badges - Anything Datsun 1000 related
4) Spare tyre with rim, doesnt need to be anything special, I think the ones on now are 170/75/13 (inc long wing nut)

I think thats it for now ... Let me know what you have laying around or if you know where i can get some of the above ...

Thanks
Hamza

1) Wreckers- I can get one for you if you want from the wreckers here but you're best to get one from your locale. Put up a price tag next to it. Most people won't bother unless there is money involved.....which is perfectly fine.

2) I have one that's been refurbished, I'm pulling it out of my 1000 soon, but I'm looking for good money because I spent so long pulling it down and mending it. I'm in no great rush to sell it so I can understand if you'd pass on that on grounds of costing. It is the later model type, which is in fact suited your car, which I think is a 1968 model going by the grill.

3) I have two 'DATSUN' guard badges but the 'DATSUN 1000' boot badge is the hardest to find. I also have some NOS and spare little DeLuxe shields. I also have a 'Sunny 1000' badge which I guess you could use with the two 'DATSUN' guard badges until you find another 'DATSUN 1000' boot badge.

4) Once again wreckers are you're best bet, a spare rim costs about $12.00 from a wreckers here.

Seat Belts? I have some 1000 coupe dark blues ones here, interested?

I wrote to you regarding heater and belts on your other thread but got no reply, just putting it out there just in case you missed it before.

Sorry buddy, I must have missed that post ... My apology's ...

1) I think i've sourced one of these ...

2) Send me a pm with $ and whats included, etc - possibly interested

3) From what i've seen i need 6 badges all up ... (please correct me if im wrong (which is highly likely))

2 x Sunny (guards)
2 x Deluxe (Sheilds) (guards)
1 x Datsun 1000 (boot)
1 x Deluxe (boot)
Is it the auto's that had a badge on the left hand side of the boot?

Im not in any rush for these, but id be interested in any of those that you have ...

4) I've got one of these now ... Like u said ... wreckers

5) Seat Belts - Are they lappy's? do they have the buckles? (send me a pm)

Thanks in advance ... really do appreciate the help

Hamza

Okay the JDM 1000 came with the following combo of badges;

'Sunny' guard badges
'Sunny 1000' Boot Badge
'S' Grille Badge - except for early models.

Aussie (export model) one had;

'DATSUN' guard badges
'DATSUN 1000' boot badges
'D' Grille badge

There are a host of other badgings (DX, Deluxe, Auto, Sports) but those were the basics.

Turns out I only have one seat belt with a latch, maybe use this until you can get a full set, it isn't a lap sash it is the pillar to floor one.

Attached are pics of belt and heater before it was fitted and reassembled again, the photo's don't do it justice. Make an offer on the belt and heater if you like.

Attached are pictures of badges. I have some other new ones but only willing to sell the new little deluxe shields (not pictured).

I suppose you could run two Sunny 1000 badges as guard badges and one Sunny badge on the boot, not very factory specific. What are you going to do about guard indicators?

Attached are pics of the heater Hamza. Control valve has been bypassed and removed, these break and are too much hassle anyway.

Chris.

Gee that is a good looking heater isn't it Hamza!

I hope all the badges and your new heater go well in that slick little 2 door 1000 you now own.
