That's about 5-10 minutes drive from where I live (or 3-5 minutes in a datsun)

The right front of the Valiant is damaged & the right side of the datsun isn't so it would seem that the left side of the coupe took the impact.
If the Valian't is on the hook then it's a fair bet that the coupe wasn't driven home either.
