Heya guys,

At about what stage would you consider putting in a bakelite spacer between carby and manifold? Would it be an issue not having one for a daily driving?

Also, I have checked a HEAP of the engine bay photos and none that I could find had a good image of the bonnet rubbers. I am just curious as to the orientation of them. Can someone point me in the right direction on this, the previous owner just had square rubber blocks glued in.

Cheers

Clay
