If he was going to water abrasion cut 10mm flanges no wonder they would be expensive lol. The laser cutters would be better and even cheaper still would be plasma cut but then you have that horrible chamfer left on 50% of edges.

2QK4U, can you please reiterate and confirm your requirements, I'm confused by what you are saying.
Quotations are rolling in some better than others for different materials so will most likely split the work up amongst companies. Will give approximate prices later on tonight or tomorrow for all materials. Just a side note- The drawings are not the property of Terry or Tnpshow, a while ago I believe some were sold using his old drawings which isn't very good conduct as anyone who has worked with drawings would understand the conduct of drawing-ownership that are attached to that industry. But perhaps he was asked first, I don't know. I have drawn the drawings by scanning the faces of different heads and drawing over the scan image. I have offered my drawing up against Terry's simply to check alignment and have also printed them onto clear plastic and offered them up against the heads to check alignment. It's all good. Just had to clear that up as I had a couple of inquiries about the nature of the drawings. I almost missed this!!
With the amount of people interested, I think the prices should be ok. So, with that in mind put me down for 2 x Mild Steel Exhaust 2 x Alloy Oval(H89) Inlet Questions: 1) Will shipping to the U.S. be a problem? 2) Acceptable payment method from overseas? Paypal? Other? Thanks angelo

No problem shipping overseas
PayPal is fine for international buyers, if there are only a few of you I'll foot the bill myself and have you pay me via PayPal. Will update list soon. Oval Port Mild Steel Inlet & Exhaust are looking good on price. Oval Port Alloy Inlets are also looking good on price. There are still a handful of companies to submit quote, so I won't release prices until I'm confident I have the best possible prices, hopefully by the end of the week. Chris

3x alloy oval port h89 inlets
3x mild steel oval port h89 inlets 3x stainless oval port h89 inlets. 6x mild steel exhaust flanges 3x stainless exhaust flanges. = 18 flanges = 9 sets? Chris do you have a tomeii manifold gasket? Any chance you could copy one of thoughs and have copper manifold gaskets made? You can view topic.
