The louvers in the bonnet cost $80 for as many as I wanted. The hard part is finding a person that actually did this as these days most people just glue fibreglass on the bonnet. If you want it doen in tassie I would talk to some hot rod guys as they often have louvers in the bonnets. As for the guards it was all part of the restoration but I think it was quote about $120 a guard. As for car shows, I go to all of the street machine ones which are mainly V8 shows and I get a lot of V8 blokes commenting about how good it looks and often wondering how I did certain stuff. Glad you like the car.
