there should be a stud off the bottom of the mount. You'll have to undo the nut, and then slip the mount out and replace it.
may need to jack the engine up to get the mount out.

Theres a bolt underneath

But you need to replace the mount as that stud is part of it

And 1000 mounts are unique
They have an angled section on the bottom

I see I see ... I was looking in the angled section ... I can feel the bolt/nut under the angled section ... So now the 2 important questions ...

1) Where do i get them?
2) How to i replace them? If i undo the other side and put a jack under the gearbox will it give me enough space?

If you can still get 1000 mounts great. if not, you can do the dodge.
Pull the mount out, and drill a hole through the mount
Put a bolt through that is long enough and there you go.
Yes its not perfect, but it will get you out of trouble if you cant get a mount. I have done this before and it works fine.

replacing the mount is the way to go if you can get a replacement.

i have a couple 1000 mounts in good condition if your interested, make an offer mate.
ummm you can either lift the motor untill it is clearing the mount, or if you have a mate you can get them to roll the enging over/ pull it to one side and it will give you enogh room to pull the mount out and slide the new on in.
cheers
Dan

Wouldn't panic too much, it's no big deal. I guess if you're on your own you could use a jack to get one side of the motor up to free the old one and replace it.

I'm not even sure what mounts I used when I put my A12 in.... but you should be okay with it all.
