That is impressive!!! Did the VS calipers bolt right on or did you make an adaptor?
It looks like its just part of the caliper frame.
when are they going on?

I spoke to a mate whos into r31's and he told me of the vs caliper bolting right on and not having a handbrake assembly.

like i said on the second page, cant be too hard to fit R31 rear discs and use a commodore caliper instead of the R31 caliper...but no one listens to me

and i bet no one listened when i said that either 200b or corrona girlock calipers go onto the r31/commodore cast caliper half, the non alloy bit. then you can run a larger piston and larger pads
some mods maybe be required but the caliper pins are the same distance apart so it should be too much effort to get it to work

Btw, you use the caliper from a commordore with a live axel and the caliper bolt spacing will be a 100mm ;)

Nick the problem is until you own a 1000 we wont listen to you more than we should :)

Is there a way to rid the cast iron anchor plate and use an alloy one? getting anal now
and not the first time obviously :))

Adam has done this one before on his KB10 and then used the same setup on the B10 4dr he bought off me. Not sure about the VS Caliper though, have to ask him.

Nice work Jake, even though it is the biggest thread hi-jack ever!
