Got any idea of the offset & width?

try putting them flat on the floor, get a tape measure and stick it through the center hole, measure how high the wheel sits off the ground, and take off the width the tyre sits off the rim.

for offset, lay down flat again, and measure from the ground to the inside of the wheel where it makes contact with the brakes, if you post both measurements up here I could probably get a good idea of what you are trying to sell.

If they're genuine Simmons they'll have a serial number for each mag stamped in them, pretty sure you can use that to find exactly what type they are.

The oval bit on rhs of the centre cap is the location of mine.

Just did some 'surfing' the unique serial number on the front face of each mag does indeed allow you to find out exactly what they are.
