Wanted to borrow: High pressure washer, illawarra area. Or tips on cleaning inner guards?

Does anyone in the Illiwarra area have a high pressure washer I could borrow? Prefer the electric kind, don't need heaps of pressure, just enough to scrub out my gaurds.
Otherwise does anyone have any tips on cleaning up my guards? They have that thick wrinkly gravel protector stuff painted on and really need a scrub up. I wanted to repaint them in the same stuff, but can't figure out how to even clean the old! The wire brush on a drill just doesn't cut it.

Maybe just take them with you to a carwash Finn and give them a clean there first? Use the pressure washer there.
I used a 9 inch and cup grinder but then resorted to blasting because the grinder was time consuming. I would think a paint stripper might work okay?

i think cyclons8 is onto something.
There is a pretty good washing bay with high pressure at warrawong, around the corner from fantastic furniture i think. Or on the princess in albion park

Thanks for the help guys, but its the inner guards that need doing, and my car is currently on stands.
I'm going to spray some solvents on and just hose it, see how that goes for cleaning. Cheers

I was thinking you could unbolt them and take them down there, offer them up against the wall and blast away, or get a mate to hold them so they don't fly off.
I've taken engines, blocks and diffs with me down there to clean up. Go at 6am when there is no-one there to stare at you and take a couple small bottle of soapy degreaser. Other wise try the paint stripper but be careful working with that stuff upside down in under the guard, if it drips on your arms it burns like fire.

Ohhhhh that part.
9 inch grinder with a broad cup brush for the big areas and smaller cup brush for the small bits. It's hard work though, so I'd try some paint stripper first. You can view topic.
