I would like to see if my 10" wheels will fit over the later model 120Y brakes with the PBR calipers.

Anyone able to help me out?

Thanks Matty

i don't think they will. even the stock 1200 wheels don't fit. i had to use the 120y 12 inch rims.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I have trial fitted both 1200 coupe and early 120Y set ups and they fit fine. I would just prefer to use the slightly bigger set up from a later 120Y if they fit.

Is there any difference, other than cosmetic, between 1200 coupe and early 120Y front disc brakes?

Thanks again Matty

Not to sure on the differance between coupe and 120y early. the late 120y pbr are a taller caliper.
we will find out soon. just come up when your ready.

The main difference is the diameter of the outside of the outer wheel bearing area on the hub, with the PBR it's bigger. The later 120Y wheels had a bigger centre hole to allow for this. Strangely I've had 13" wheels that wouldn't fit over 1200 discs & 12" wheels that wouldn't fit the PBRs.
Thats why I ended up going to 14's.
