^^^^^ ID BE UP FOR THAT, hopefull i get up there once its on the road, want to go to japnats and jamboree one day!
worked on the doors today and installed my new felt bailey channels, and chrome trim rubbers. fantastic quality for a kit.. as usual went through the process 3 times put together take apart because ive forgotten something and then re-install again before i got it right :(
then the second door was done in 20mins, due to the lessons i learnt on the first door :)
bailey channel made of felt on rubber which the windows slide in.

it comes in one long length to be cut up by the owner then glued into place in the doors

here is a tip while the glue is drying in corners or bends cable tie a aa battery in the channel to hold the rubber into place to dry.

finished silky smooth

next were the chrome trims, the kit included intructions for this installation, new rubbers and clips instead of the original design which was stapled into place.

they had become dry and brittle, one side was cracked the other had already broken.. First step was to remove the original rusty staples which i was able to do with computer screwdriver and then pliers.

then attach the new rubbers using clips instead of staples.

all done, new quarter windows and rubbers, new bailey channels and outside chrome and rubbers.

thanks for looking in, sometimes i wonder if anyone reads this?
