car is (almost)CKD now and is about to recieve major bodywork, rear quarter panels, front floor pans, rockers etc. the worst thing about it, is the fact that somebody already tried to "restore" the car with fresh tin over rust. kids can learn a whole bunch of russian swear words just by standing outside the garage
also there is still the pain in the a*se about the brakes, i think a strut conversion is the best (if not the only) way out. according to the related wiki-article early-s13-struts are a good choice, but while searching for such i realized that the s12/gazelle-stuff is a lot cheaper over here, what about them? why aren't gazelles mentioned in the strut-swap article? did anyone try or are they possibly the same as stanza- or other datsun struts?
i know i owe you some pix, but my cam is once again left far away (the datto is stored at my parents' place some 200 km away), but i promise a nice article when i'm done
