"A Holden Premier", you cry, "that's not a bad car!" And you'd be right, because this isn't a Holden Premier. It's a Mazda Roadpacer AP, a Premier made for Japanese high-rollers and fitted with a rotary engine from the RX-4. While they weren't offered for sale in Australia, it was a colossal flop in Japan where it was expensive, slow, and used even more fuel than the Holden on which it was based, during an oil crisis. According to some reports, it used up to 26L/100km.

apparently mazda shipped over a heap of rotary engines to australia andholden sent over the premier bodies lj and lc toranas were sent over there to

there was one for sale about 2 years ago white here in australia with a 13b, got to 12000 didnt sell (ebay)

they stopped making them cos they were too sluggish and under powered (like a normal holden haha)

would be worth asking mazda if they can get new doors and gaurds
