Got a H165 series 2 bluebird auto diff centre if thats any good to you. Obviously it will fit but ratio may be no good for you.

what ratio are they, they are 3.9 arent they, also are they the same length as a ute center???

You need to swap the flange on the diff as the bluey one is around 10mm longer and will cause binding at certain angles. Have to be careful doing that as well cause of the crush bearing on the pinion shaft, that part of the diff annoys me

I was not aware that H165b centres are different in length. Are you sure?. i have used H165b's in ute housings before and have not noticed any physical dimensional difference.

And at a guess I think Shaun is after a Ute centre i.e 4.1:1 ???

no not the carrier itself Benny, just the yoke\flange whatever you want to call it. It's easier to get the bolts off the bluebird tail shaft cos of it.

edit: I've plopped a bluey 165 into to a ute housing here, no dramas at all. Same would go for a Stanza 165, I suspect it's got the same flange plate as teh bluebirds. I was thinking of shortening one of my H150 shafts to match the longer flange plate since I have more of them but I can't justify that sort of work at teh moment unless I'm sitting on more money.
