Sorry about the meltdown, I know how it feels after 10 years of turboing the A-engine! This gives me a clue what sort of power I could expect from my new turboed A16!? What is the comp.ratio in your engine? If I haven´t proven that the A-engine is an option for turbo estups, this thread sure proves it! Get it back running and go kick some ass!!

Standard comp ratio with a light head skim. Very good intercooling and plenty of E85.

Yeah, i was was a bit dissapointed, but not too stressed, had it all rebuilt and back in the car within 2 days. Im going to go away from the coil on plug setup. It works well but it takes too long to check plug readings and do leak down tests. I`ll probably use either IGN-1A coils with built in ignighters or some good local bosch coils and modules.

Whats the turbo plan now Simon?
