That track looks like fun!
Love the flip flops around the back. I hear you Ange, I have two state improved production rounds between now and the nats... Fingers crossed.. I am really looking forward to every chance to get on a track! I'll try and post some vids after this weekend.

i need a close ratio gearbox! $$$$
or shorter gearing at least... didnt get out of 4th and being about to pull out of those corners in 3rd would have been good would have saved me about 6 gear changes per lap! still loads of fun anyhow!! and i was checking water/oil temps... im used to the rattles now ![]()

Good choice, I have used one for all my car videos so far.
The best setting to change is spot metering (instead of center) gives great lighting both inside and outside in daylight conditions. R3 for the video mode is the widest and highest frames per second.

My old r100 had a close ratio rx4 4 speed suited to Calder.
It was made from a later rare rx5 hybrid and some other box. The 12a loved to rev and the 5.11 rear was perfect. If only I could go back 20 years and have kept my Rx cars for today. Ive even been contemplating a suzuki alto rebadged as a mazda in Japan so I could enter some kind IP class with a boosted single rotor. Have no idea on the rules though, time or single life for it now. Imagine a lil Mazda b600 with a single turbo rotor for the U2Lt class Attach file: bokei.jpg (49.83 KB)![]()

i had the spot metering on, but chose R1 in that video which is the same wide angle but standard definition
and a lower resolution for smaller files... which might explain the darkness inside.. D a CR box would really bring it to life... im running a 4.3 lsd diff which is good for street but not ideal for track. i have a 4.8 which i might try one day but its locked so not sure how it'll effect handling. i cant justify the cash for things like CR boxes etc.. im out there to have fun and doing just that.. being the fastest isnt the priority

Id love a closer ratio box in mine... all the options i've investigated so far are super expensive.
Most of the rotors in IP are atmo, they seem to struggle with rotors breathing through the turbo restrictor, Sure sounds like a interesting plan you got there!
