hmm i used the orbital on it tonight to find that it is lead wiped across the front too ,were the line is ,is where its wiped
so i just bogged it over ,need to buy a 5kg tin of bog next week if i can scroung up enough cahnge hahaha cos the bog ive got is $23 for 1kg and i can get rage for $60 a tin of 5kg ,with hardener !
and it is realy nice to use ,and it just spreads on easy and is easy to sand too
ok so i am going to redo the rear passenger side when i get new bog ,i want this thing done , but im still wondering if i should go for the weld on flares or not ,would make getting the wheels to fit easy and also make getting the shape of the rear wheel archs easy cos they are both stuffed ,then once i weld the flares on i can cut away the old wheel arch to make room for the wheels :D
i want this thing to sit as low as phisicaly possible ,i mean not runnign bump stops and haveing the fuel tank remounted in the boot low :D
and the front is no problem cos ive had it sitting where i want it but it means i need to have weld on flares or funny ofset wheels ,cos the wheels hit on the guards cos of the s13 front end :D
still at the moment im practicing my skills at bogging ,when it goes on it looks #OOPS# house but when its sanded back it doesnt look so bad ,abit more work involved when it is roughly put on to start with but the bog ive got doesnt like holding its form ,and if you get it too hold its form with hardener it decides to go hard too quikly !
also i have realised that i need to pull the front bumper off to take the front apron off so i can reattach the centre piece that i chopped when i was test fittinf my intercooler :(
so if anyone has a apron to rob bits off ide love to swap something for it ! cos the one on my sedan front is stuffed ,got flattened when i cut the front off the sedan :(
if carps finds a coupe to build off ill give him my left over parts and stuff ,and then his build will go alot smoother cos i know now what to find ,buy and what i can and cant score for him :D (no nigel or mik ,not score with him )
so far ide deffs recomend the s13 front end for availability and the skyline diff of cours for the awsome ratio and choises of brakes and tough axles from factory
i have a list of stuff i have used ,and what i would of done differently
for starters i would of liked to use my sedan shell s it was almost rust free in comparison to the coupe ,even though the coupe will look a million times better sideways than a sedan :D

ok so today i got alot of stuff organised !
i was on my way to work when i noticed a nissan exa in maxs wrecking yard across the road form ,work ,went round after work and got
rocker covers coil cover coils and coil rack coil harness power transistor CAS TPS AFM idle soleniod thing ,2 peice thig that bolts to the inlet manifold and has 3 bolts holding it on air control valve thingo and best of all ! a front wheel drive thermostat housing YEOOWWW test fitted it and its sweet lines straight up with the radiator ports :D
and tomorrow im going back at lunch to get the cams ,timing cover ,cam gears ,clutch slave cylinder ,clutch master cylinder
also got my bog today ,i got a 4kg tin of rage gold ,with hardener for only $40 ! couldnt believe how cheap it is and after trying it out tonight ,its great ,its nice and smooth ,and easy to put on ,plus its a piece of piss to sand ,takes half the time of 3m bog to sand and 3m was $23 for 1kg when this stuff is 40 for 4kg
good thing my brother is a penal biter ,thats how i got it so cheap
so yea ,got a few spare sensors now and should have a spare set of cams too ! ,might go for the 2 exhaust cams ,they are suposedly bigger than inlet cams so i might use the ex cam im getting tomorrow in the ca :D
hoping to have the roof bogged tomorrow arvo ,then start sanding it back and priming it for paint
still pissed i took all the opld bog out ! ,there wasnt anything wrong with it !

no he bites pinis's not penal !
and no he hasnt biten me ,dirty ol man you are nigel !
ok so i started on my gaurds last night and almost finished the front of one ,but i have figured out my orbital is sh1t so im buying a ryobi one this week !
i was going to patch my lower sill on the coupe (its rusted right out) but instead im going to use my miricle bog to "fix" it
i will put heaps of time into bits then remember ..... its a drift pig not a street car
so if i go for realy realy bright white you wont notice the crappy panel work !
also started mocking up my rear shockys too ,i am goin to use a set of silvia front struts ,cut the purchs of them and sit them in there ! its will work but i wont have any adjustment
its either that or just buy a set of falcon monroe air shocks and use them

Tonight I ran out of stuff to do on my ute so instead I got abit of work done in the engine bay
Took all the bog out of the fire way and redid it ,then sanded it flat and attacked the surface rust with a scotchy
Go all the bare steel clean and then primered it
Was thinking about buying some spray cans for the enginebay ,cos when I po ainted it last time it looks good ,not a show finish but better than it was
Im thinking black ,cos it hides stuff
Main reason why I want the bay done ,is to put the m oi tor and box back in ,then ill have heaaps of room for my a15 stuff
