Cheers guys, I figures that some people might get a kick out of it. While it hardly a manual to go by I found it very interesting as we have been getting alot of old Group A stuff lately. I did a couple of Getrag boxs, one for an old TWR Group A Commodore which was a buzz and one from an old Jag V12 XJS as well. While we do mostly Dog race boxs there are some old synchro stuff that we tinker with. After all, Holinger engineering has been doing this stuff for over 35 years, and Peter was doing it long before that as a hobby too.

If there is enough interest I will do a thread rebuilding a 56a 4 speed, maybe followed by a 71 series 5 speed and maybe a diff.

For my 1000 I am looking at adapting a 71 series to a A series bell housing, I am also negotiating a E15ET for it, so it may be promising.
