these ebay turbos arnt that bad for what you pay for i installed an ebay t28 turbo on my mates 180sx one thing i found is that these turbos arnt brocken in when manufactured so the turbine was a bit tight but with proper installation it works fine pack the bearing with oil before you put in the lines and spin the turbine a bit with your hand.

once its in the car for 2 weeks i had the boost on very low to just break in the turbo and get the turbine a bit more free i checked for free play also every few days.

so yer there great turbos for the price just needs to be brocken in properly on low boost still running in mates 180 for 12months or more now on around 14psi if i can remeber!

not bad considering the fact a garrett turbo would cost above 1 grand but there is a clear difference in build quality and the purposes they can be used for!

if they let go your engine could mount quite a bill though.
Ifs prob best to get a second hand quality turbo to avoid issues.
