A/C from a Datsun 1200 or Datsun B310 (sunny) should fit.

Well, here's what you face:
1. Bolting the compressor to the engine
2. Driving it from the crankshaft

These two are where a Nissan a-series engine compressor will bolt right on using factory pulleys.

3. Under-dash unit. The 1200 one is flat, but the B210 dash is slightly curved.
4. plumbing, doesn't matter too much what you source it from (Datsun, Toyota, etc) as you'll have to customize this
5. Condensor (radiator-type thing). Shouldn't be too difficult to fit. Goes in front of radiator.

Most cars have an integrated A/C system, making it harder to fit into another make. But the Datsun 1200 A/C unit was dealer-installed, and bolts under the dash (fans, vents and cooling part is one unit).

So all i need is a condenser a compressor, pulley's plumbing and the electrics and my ac unit is ready???
If thats the case i could get the plumbing custom made a condenser and compresser from maybe a gt starlet....I'm thinking the compressor is the thing that the pulley's run off of right?
Thats what is going to give a bit of trouble??

can you get them with a clutch so i could turn it off and not use engine power when i want to race and things like that or would i have to just take that pulley off the fan belt?

the "Clutch" is the actual indash switch that turns on the aircon...
when the aircon is off, the pulley just free wheels...
when on, the compressor is driven...

My Factory 120Y logbook shows integrated Aircon... where would I start to find one of THOSE units ?

Yes, all A/C compressors have clutches. As Anb008 says, it freewheels when the dash switch is off.

There is actually more parts than that ... a dryer unit at least. You should get the entire package from another car, and think carefully about how/if it will fit before paying out any money.

And of course it has to be charged with fluid.
