Its one thing to out someone on a forum but to publicly display there account details and full name for the world wide internet to see is so Not O.K SO NOT O.K. Sort out your business one on one through PM's and through the Authorities or things may back fire on you. Thats not a threat its just trying to be helpful and share experience.

i think the bank details and stuff was a bit too far, the public name and shame was enough plus dropping him on the 3rd visit would have been sufficient
