Time for an update I finally got around to pulling off my turbo and manifold last week so I can fit up the custom one Ive had laying around as well as getting a new exhaust made. Seems to fit pretty well just need to shorten it slightly where it bolts to the head as well as fit some new flanges but overall im pretty happy with it. Ive decided to stick with my turbo for now and see how it go's im pretty confident I can crack the power I want with it and the exhaust/ignition upgrades planned . Also discovered that my wastegate actuator rod is cracked and has almost fallen off.Lucky I pulled the turbo off now before it did any damage

Stuart did you have your head ported or other work done to it?
Love the latest manifold it seems to make a big difference.

Head is pretty much standard D. Ports were cleaned up a bit but still standard valves and everything and a mild wade cam. Biggest power improvement so far has been the combo of exhaust manifold new exhaust and ignition it picked up 23kw. I had it tuned a week after the article was written its now making just over 160kw atw on 15psi but if I get bored theres still another 5psi to go and a bit more timing
