I'm curious about the weber mods aswell. 54mm seems overly large. Most angry race 2.0 - 2.4 litre engines run on 48's and 50's Could this be a typo? Any more details on the oil pump and high performance rocker assembly?

1608cc is relitively straight forward to achieve, based on an A15 crank, I'm very interested to know how ~1.7L was done with the A14 crank. What were the final bore, stroke and rod length figures? Who manufactured the forged pistons? Details greatly appreciated.

There was a bloke probably 15+ years ago, (fat Rick) that claimed he worked for a brief time at datrally. He also claimed that they were stroking A-series to mid to high 1600cc back then very successfully. I would not have taken too much notice of him except he was well know for building top fuel motors and aus car engines on the side. The only thing I remember was him saying something about nissan 6 cyl rods and im sure an L series crank.
