how do those guys work? looks like you can hammer them in or drill? confused? or do the drill bits just correspond to the right size extractors?

What are each of the little pieces labelled b10 etc?

drill hole using drill bit and the "B" part to drill square into the broken stud , hit "drift' into hole that is matched to the drill bit. Slide the little hex piece "D" part over the "drift" so that you can use a tool to turn the broken stud.
