no power till 60km?

hi so i put on a new carb and i have hesitations and no power till i reach 60km off the line if i floor it it feels like its choking and dead if i lift my foot of to half way it then slowly picks up realy slowly until 60km then it has normal power

anyone know what this could be i checked the choke its full open!

also to mention its an auto and it has done similar problems with my old carbs i checked timing etc and is set to 10btdc and its advancing when i rev the engine!

also my main jets are primary 97 and sec 150

what did you change since the other issues you had two/three days ago - they were completely different to what you describe here
