does it come with a road worthy certificate? I could imagine reading in the comments "Boiler needs replacing, tyre tread depth unsatisfactory"

Perhaps the WAx dripped onto the wheels and dried to create a wax type tread on the road providing grip in the bobble stone roads.

I keep seeing new things on it, that wooden tap on top right exhaust solid mounting support, cow nose rings on the front and it keeps going.
