hey well done L18, a good result is always inspiring

what class are you in, under 2L?

at the risk of the other thread spilling into this one (i hope it doesn"t) did you ever buy that turbo setup you wanted, i think you said you wanted to install it for this season???

Hey Cameron, I've got a mate running at Gatton and I've never seen the course so I thought I'd go have a look. I'll try to catch up with you out there.

yeah 1200rallycar, I did get that turbo setup and the plan was to have it in the car for this year, but when this other arrangement came along I decided the Lseries was the better option (for now anyway) and sold the turbo setup to a mate... I couldn't be happier with the way it's going at the moment!

Great photos Harry - the axle tramp black marks are frightening when you think what was going on with the rear!

harry, sorry to hear bout the axle breaking, but it's good to see you had a spare.just don't forget to get another axle to replace the spare.what tyre pressures were you running?maybe a bit of juggling up or down will help.lowering should make the tyre grip better, maybe not unload so much,or raising should decrease grip,& it'll just spin.it's good to know you enjoyed the extra horsepower.now it'll just take you some time to sort the handling.i'll try & get to bathurst to say hi,but probably won't run,as garry broke his right foot & can't drive,& i'm between jobs again.hope to see you there.
