Starter solenoid Power input

Hi Guys
I got a problem with my 210(B310), It doesn't operate starter motor since the small wire that powers starter solenoid goes not have voltage on it , Is it coming through a fuse ? any one can get me an idea to over come it ? thanks regards sumith
