could be the coilpack or the plug if its not idling, as well as vacuum leak somewhere.. that does not make the smoke though

blue smoke is oil, like tappet said check the pcv valve are you running a catch can? if your running the standard setup could be building crank case pressure under boost and pushing oil into the inlet. what kind of oil are you running? could be to thin and pushing past the seals in the turbo?? could also be valve stems there's just some ideas for you

its for pollution control, there's a valve on the back of the intake plenum that the hoses from the tappet cover go to its about 20mm round

I would say you should have a oily and black looking plugs if it was burning oil. If it's not the turbo it could possibly be a damaged valve stem seal or guide. It's just a thought

Overfilled oil
Valve stem seals
Rings
Turbo
Or it's just completely #OOPS#ed

If your plugs are clean, then it is the turbo - that's the only way oil can get into your exhaust without going through the combustion process.

^^^ true except could also be the exhaust valves if the plug isnt oily. easy way to check them would be take off the exhaust manifold and have a look.

if you have checked the plugs and they look ok, then it's pretty much definitely turbo

valve stem seals will only cause oil smoke on initial acceleration after idling for 30secs plus, not continually while under load (plus the spark plugs would show it)

Quick update,

Turn the car on today and there was no blue smoke. Until the car warms up then the blue smoke lightly appears.
Its not a great deal to worry about but when I start to rev the engine then it blankets the garage.

Removed the oil cap were you fill the engine with oil just to see if there is any blue smoke or anything to give anything away that smokes in the motor however it appears fine there is no smoke coming out of the cup and there is some decent suction as the engine wont run without me covering the hole, like a vaccum leak.

I removed the exhaust manifold to see if there is any oil in the exhaust ports to show me that there make be a leakage in the combust chamber but it is all black and is dry as a bone which is probably expected which will probably burn off.

As i removed the turbo off, I removed the dump pipe off the turbo and inside the dump pipe it was slighly shiny with a skim of oil around the inside of the exhaust pipe. Which i thought was a bit weird. I can basicly wipe my finger in the pipe and my finger will pick up alot of oil.

As the car is reving whilst it is warm the smoke is coming out as i increase and hold the revs up high and then I let go to see were the oil is coming from.. underneath the car and its like little puddles of oil like its been spitting out.. slowly.

My head gaskit and head was done so my valve seals in my head should be fine as the head should be basically re conditioned, so that rules that out. If it was my pistin rings would oil get through that thick and un burnt? and land on my garage door, as it should of probably burnt up??

I am not sure if this makes sence to anyone? or am I sure if it is the pistin rings.
