Bolts in but tail shaft might need shortening only bout $100 to 200. Always try get the tail shaft with diff.

Phantom grip is a mod done to the diff center not the brakes. It's a spring loaded pack that "locks" the diff under load. It's considered the poor mans LSD now. At $450 I don't consider cheap but is compared to other lsds, but uf you get h165, topgear on here may habe done lsds left from his run of them.

Ute diff is drum rear stock. You can mod to fit r31 rear disk brakes.
