Ok, just put the back up on ranps. I dont think it the drive shaft on the exhaust but I noticed oil above the diff.....it my diff on the way out???

Doubtful that it's "on its way out". It is common for the front seal to leak a little after 40 years and to throw bits of gear lube up on the body.

Just keep following the recommended service schedule as per your owner's manual and check/fill the diff every year or whatever it says.
