ive never fitted it to my 1200, the old owner had a hole cut but,it was very close but to me it looked like it could with some small mods and a jacking the bonnet..
but in a 120y and sunny it may fit straight in but not sure,
if some one is serious i can get the plenum or the manifold adapter plate shortened for them by mate whos been fabricating for years.

il get some pics up after dinner
350 Holley, Genuine 7448 Rebuilt and sealed for turbo with noleathane gaskets. The float has been upgraded and the power valve fitted from Rocket Industries. The holley adapter has been welded to the A14 oval port intake manifold and it bolts straight up.

This Also comes with a plenium (Hat)to suit the holley and a malpassi fuel pressure regulator (Rising rate)

i can also supply some exhaust manifold flanges and a fmic for exra 100
