how can i clean my cooling system from rust? any special liquid?

vinegar and water .. 1 to 1 mix run to temp then drain .. and this wouldbe after you drain the coolant first...

Why is it rusty? You mean scale. You might need to get the radiator rodded to cram it out. You really need to back flush it more than just run something through it solely.

I've learnt that from experience too.
