Hello All, I need Help regarding my A12 distributor, its running breaker point system right now and distributor is in pretty bad shape, i want to switch over to Electronic Ignition, the Electronic Ignition conversion Kits are Way to Expensive where i live, i can easily buy a new distributor for the price, Problem: Don't know which distributor will match the shaft lenght and gear... Dont want to Modify until Necessary... any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks :)

im pretty sure there is another post for this , and i think some people are getting EFI a15 engine dizzy's or E series ones?? anyone else?

and have you checked ebay for the petronix conversion kit? thats what most people use and if pretty cheap

Did you read the EI article? It answers your question. There are two distributors with the right shaft.

Nabeel, which A12 do you have? Is it a Premier 112?

I dont know if it is Premier 112, the location of the dizzy is at the rear near the gearbox not on top of the oil pump... whic would it be? how can i identify?

A Premier is a brand of car. However I see you are in Pakistan so perhaps vehicle is a B310 Sunny?

The EI article lists different factory Datsun/Nissan distributors that will work. If the Pulsar or 1980s Sunny are common in your area, i would recommend the distributor from that.

Oh, ok, sorry didn't know that :), Yes i am in Pakistan the vehicle is a B110 Sunny Coupe, what engine came in the pulsar or 80's Sunny? there a few here specially from the 80's...
