is h/balancer cracked along keyway(seal area)as well, bolt may come out easy, if thread lock wasn't used, was thread locker used on bolt when fitted,

Bige I haven't taken the h\balancer off yet but I'll check.. I think loctite would of been used since it was built at a engine builders shop.

maybe you need to add heat, work it backwards/forwards, but you will need to remove seal first. was balancer cracked.

be careful with heat ,that the oil doesn;t caught alight.

What engine is it? A-series do not use harmonic balancers.

Incorrect tightening, too much torque will weaken the bolt. Vibration will snap it off. Use a torque wrench with the new one, and use a genuine Nissan bolt. Or a 10.8 (high strength) bolt.

2 levers gently work it, they are not a interference fit(size for size), so should come off easy.

if its that tight, it shouldn't come off. "rough way" but put a small weld on it, to get you out of trouble for now
