Found a lot of gold with a groundhog but haven't picked up a detector in over twenty years, is there still gold being found?

hell yeah, recently in ballarat i think a dude dug a 156oz lump of quartz that contained 76oz of gold.
a cool $120000 worth. lots to be had,90% of it would be small gram or so bits.
