Mate with yours and the fathers awesome fabbing skills, go watts link rather than a panhard.
The watts link gives perfect alignment under all suspension travel. The panhard will push the diff across when the suspension is either compressed or extended. Can cause scrubbing issues if you're running pretty low and small clearances from your wheels to your guards.
You are the master at doing though so please tell me to stick my book learing if you like!
I'm in constant awe!

shoota... I hear what your saying and have been closely watching your input on Robs build.. From what I have been told and seen in articles there are pros and cons to each.. talking to one of my old mans mates the other day. He has a " wobs " linkage in the rear of the escort. Its a combination of a panhard and watts. Pretty complex but give you alot of role centre adjustment.. there are just to many friction point for a road car in my eyes... Will def keep the option open and talk to a few more people about it !!

Thanks for your input buddy !!

Wow, that is one confusing looking arse end! I honestly can't see that setup being that great. By the looks of it, it would only suit lateral movement in one direction.
Ás long as they're happy with it then all good!

There certainly wont be any issues of chassis flex in your ute, love the reinforcing! It's a work of art, shame to weld over it!
