Quote: basically need to mod a longer throllte cable Where did you get the longer throttle cable? B210 seems to have a marginally longer cable than B110, but it's nearly the same. B310 cable has totally different firewall end.

Not any snubbed Nige but you have limited stash so save them.
Cable needs to be 1m to 1.10 long dd so its off a cortina or I have a corolla gear shifter cable I could use too

dont use normal tin solder , go for silver solder, not the crappy plumbers stuff but the 10/15% good stuff and use the proper flux , i have made plenty of throttle ,clutch and hand brake cables in the past and not had a come back

mik! go to a gokart shop ,i got the end that hold the cable for a couple of dollars ,and the cable with outer cable for $5 ,and it was 1700mm long so its plenty long
theres 2 types ,one has the ball and the other has the round datsun stock style thing ,all you do it buy the cable joiner they sell and run the cable through then use the joiner to do what the ball would normaly do ,then adjust it with the grub screw
did it with my ca when it was in my corolla ,easy as and all cable bits can be bought from go kart shops ,youdbe suprised what they have!
