Great work smurfy. Why mount battery there where rail on top of post? Unless that's a neg terminal?

Not 100% sure what your asking but the battery was put there because of lack room, it's sitting half on the rail, half off the mount for weight reasons, both positive and neg terminals are clear of all the rails.....

its ok. the extra bracing rail you put in is sitting right ontop of one of the posts on the battery

its the neg one, no dramas. thought it might cause arcing if they touch in a prang (hope that doesnt happen ever)

Hey smurf,

I see there a top of the range in performance battery in both power n weight savings.Do you mind when u get the chance to weigh it? would like to know weight difference to a convectional battery.apparently u can save 10-15kgs compared to a normal battery with a performance battery like yours.
