hi mates,I have 12 inch x 5 tires and i do not kno the offset could anyone help me to know what they are, They also have no markings ?

You can measure the offset. It is the distance of the mounting face to the centerline.

Also measure the width, which is the distance inside the tire flanges. Offset doesn't tell you how they will fit -- or even if they will fit -- without knowing the width measurement. Offset only tells you how much off-center they will be.

I see markings on those wheels: 'JUPITER' and 'MADE IN BRITAIN' and '5J x 12' and '????'

Yeah the other marking is J.P.C..

Tried to measure it i came up with 1 inch,What is it usually measured in?

Offset is measured in mm. 1" = 25.4 mm.

+25 offset and 5" wide is what the stock B310 factory alloy wheels are.
